Development of Components and Devices

HECON Umrichtertechnik looks back on three decades of development work.

This development began with the integration of transistor technology into our converters for induction applications.
The previous employer of the HECON founders used exclusively a connverter design with thyistor technology.

Development work continued uninterrupted throughout this period and was extended to all areas of power electronics.

Our engineering includes not only the development of complete power converters, but also individual assemblies such as rectifiers, DC – DC converters, and inverters, as well as smaller devices such as specialized battery charging systems.

Other topics in our extensive portfolio include, for example, the replacement of assemblies with outdated, obsolete thyristors with modern thyristor designs or transistor technology.

Thanks to our many years of experience, a fixed price can be agreed upon in most cases.
