Engineering Package: Crucible Furnace

The engineering package includes all calculation and design documents for our standard furnace sizes (usable volume based on cast iron). A detailed description of our furnace design can be found here.

Intermediate sizes can be interpolated; partial packages with different oven sizes are possible.

• Coil cage design for standard sizes
• Tilting frame design for standard sizes
• Tilting hydraulics
• Furnace lid
• Hydraulic furnace lid or manual operation for smaller furnace sizes
• Extraction

A special version of our engineering package is designed for customers or operators who want to replace an outdated induction furnace or a low-quality furnace design, either with a new coil design or while retaining the existing coil.
This version is based on a furnace size specified by the buyer or the existing furnace.
