Engineering Package: Induction Heating Plant

The engineering packages in this section are aimed at customers who have access to manufacturing facilities with moderate wage levels.
It includes the complete engineering for a full induction heating plant, including the cooling system, but excluding material handling.

The key elements of the engineering package are:

• Technical data and specifications of the input transformer, documentation for obtaining quotes for new or used transformers. Our HSG converters operate with a three-phase input voltage of 400–500 V from a conventional distribution transformer.
• Complete documentation for the construction of a water-cooled converter (parts lists with suppliers, dimensioning of the internal rails and cabling, construction drawings, wiring diagrams)
• Construction drawings of the heating coil (also subdivided for the application of a temperature wedge), coil data and drawings, yoke data and drawings
• Drawings and parts lists for the water cooling system (pump stations, external coolers, piping)
• Optional: Plant Layout

The scope of this engineering package can be precisely tailored to the requirements if the buyer already has components and wants to combine them into a fully functional system.
