Engineeringpaket: Rectifier for Electrolysis Applications

This engineering package includes all documentation for our highest-performance rectifier using our HSG technology. The rectifier is modular and designed for parallel connection with additional modules to achieve arbitrarily high power outputs.

A sinusoidal current waveform with adjustable tolerance band and phase angle is drawn from the grid.

The optional "Service Plus" feature allows each module in a parallel connection to be individually switched off and accessed for servicing, in compliance with all applicable safety regulations.

400 - 500 V, three-phase

Output Voltage:

625 - 900 V at 400 V input voltage, 765 - 900 V at 500 V input voltage

Rated Power:

1.2 MW at 400 V input voltage and 1.5 MW at 500 V input voltage

watercooled

The output voltage can be varied beyond the ranges listed above by means of a downstream controller (DC–DC converter).
