Recooling Systems

We offer engineering for water cooling systems.

Our engineering ranges from consulting and support for replacing outdated and /or clogged coolers to the design, calculation and implementation planning of complete cooling systems.

A typical example:
Induction melting furnaces are typically operated for decades due to the high investment costs. The original water cooling calculations did not account for the long, often very hot summer periods. For the few hot summer days, water spraying of the cooling units was either provided or retrofitted.
Over the years, this spraying had to be activated more and more frequently and for longer periods, leading to deposits on the surfaces of the cooling unis and progressively reducing their efficiency, a vicious cycle.
Replacing such coolers with optimized cooling technology can result in a significant improvement.
