Coil Manufacturing and Repair

We manufacture and repair the water-cooled induction coils for our own systems in-house. We now offer this service for coils from other manufacturers as well, but only up to an inner diameter of 1540 mm due to the geometry of our winding machine.
The windings are wrapped with tape and coated with heat-resistant insulating varnish.
Multi-layer coils and special shapes such as toroidal coils (see images below) are also part of our production range.
