Recooling Equipment and Components

Our cooling systems are used to dissipate process heat to the ambient air or into a higher-level cooling system and can optionally be equipped with heat recovery.
Calculation, design, and manufacturing are all done in-house. We supply complete systems or individual components, which are tailored to the specific application.

Our systems offer the following advantages:

• Stainless steel plate heat exchanger
• Standard pumps from recognized brand manufacturers
• Pump decoupling via compensators
• Automatic filling with monitoring of the filling time
• Sufficient number of shut-off devices
• Cooling water volume regulation possible as an option, e.g. temperature controlled
• Additional monitoring (e.g. individual cooling circuits) possible as an option

Pipes can be carried out in all common techniques:

• Copper pipe, brazed or soft soldered or press technology
• Stainless steel tube, screwed, welded or press technology
• Galvanized pipe, screwed
• Steel tube, screwed or welded
• Plastic pipe in adhesive technology

Our brazed water distributors and collectors are particularly suitable for confined spaces when outdated distributors and collectors need to be replaced and additional measurements need to be taken into account. This task is often impossible to accomplish with conventional press-fitting techniques due to the relatively large space requirements.
